The Mariah house plan is one of our most popular ranch style homes. It has a very open concept living, kitchen, & dining.  On the main floor is a spare bedroom, hall bathroom, & the laundry room connected to the master bedroom closet. Downstairs we have two additional spare bedrooms & a good size second living room.
